One-year Anniversary Party!

FOOTLOOSE! put on a three-hour event on July 25th, 2012 to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Each dance leader led the dances for forty-five minutes.

Going International & Getting Partnered!

Every Thursday, Dance Leader Jeni and DJ Eaton put on an International Show at Key West Resort. DJ Eaton plays music from around the world and DL Jeni matches the music with dance. As you'll see in the pictures, this last Thursday's dance was not just an International Show but a champangne celebration of Jeni and Gnu's new partnership. He asked her to partner with him while she was leading the dance! Needless to say, things got crazy after that!

Fun, Fun, Fun!

The Dawni/Footloose Retreat is getting more and more technologically advanced, thanks to our multi-faceted, multi-talented, techno-savvy leader, Dawni Dae. She's a photographer with a great slide show, a dancer with 670 dances in her Huddles, and a DJ with a constantly-growing and -changing stream. She's also a beautiful lady! Here are some pics that she took at a dance at the Retreat:

DL JENI AT JASPER'S!

This dance at Jasper's was so much fun it went on for four hours with two different DJs--DJ Funky and DJ Cale! The music was 80's and you can see we all have our 80's hats on. We love Jasper's, which is a new venue for us.

Eurovision Dance at Key West with music by DJ Eaton...music from England, France, Portugal, Spain, Holland and Russia. How international FOOTLOOSE is becoming!

Beat It to the Retreat!

Footloose beat their feet to the Retreat in big numbers. At last check, we had 243 members!

Lulu Loves Footloose!

This dance lasted three hours! Lulu couldn't stop dancing because Dawni's music stream was great and the dancers were too--even though Robert had his shirt and shoes off for most of the dance.
